Then, we assess suitability
Home is not the right setting for every health concern. Before confirming a visit, we look at the requested service, the patient’s needs, available clinical staff and whether the intended care falls within the approved homecare scope.
You know the plan before we arrive
We aim to explain who is attending, what the visit can cover, the expected cost and any preparation required. If tests, procedures or follow-up appointments might incur additional charges, those arrangements should be explained rather than left unclear.
Care continues beyond the visit
An appropriate consultation or nursing visit should end with understandable next steps: what to monitor, when to seek additional help, how results will be reviewed and whether a future appointment or referral is necessary.
